  7.     THANKS, BUT OUR MACHINES STILL WORK. South Korean
  8. authorities continue to uncover secret invasion tunnels
  9. believed to have been dug by North Korea under the
  10. Demilitarized Zone that has separated the two republics since
  11. 1953. So when South Korea's Hyundai Construction Co. announced
  12. that it was making a donation to North Korea, the nature of
  13. the benevolence raised some eyebrows: a bulldozer, an
  14. excavator, a forklift, a loader and a dump truck. The North
  15. Koreans passed on the offer.
